After some group discussion, the young people took us out on to the estate to teach us some ways to be playful and joyful, such as climbing on roofs, squeezing through railings, jumping over fences, jumping over bollards, balancing. They also hosted a tea party in their den under a tree. . As my colleague Aida reflected afterwards, this was quite an unusual way of presenting a project. During the walk we were invited to explore the city physically, bodily and performatively. We were encouraged to behave, as adults are not supposed to.
